At Janavi , we strive to give our customers the most luxurious e-shopping experience and are here to provide you our support, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.

1. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

1.1. We deliver our products within India and to all International locations except within the territory of North Korea;

1.2. The products are dispatched within 7-10 working days of the successful placement of the orders.

1.3. Upon placement of the order, the details of the orders are shared with the Customer on the registered e-mail address and phone number, as provided;

1.4. We ensure that the product reaches your doorstep at the earliest. However, the product delivery may sometimes get delayed due to some unforeseen circumstances on the logistic provider’s end;

2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We provide free-shipping within the territory of India for all the prepaid orders where the value of the shipment is INR 50,000 or above whereas, we charge a nominal shipping and handling fee of INR 1000 for all orders below INR 50,000.

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We provide free-shipping towards all international orders where the value of the shipment is above USD 1000 whereas, we charge a nominal shipping and handling fee of USD 60 for all orders below USD 1000.

COD option is not available on International orders.

Any additional charge towards import, customs and taxes may be levied by the customs authority once the shipment reaches the destination country. Such charges will be solely borne by the Customer.

4. RETURNS

4.1 We have a 14 days return policy which is flexible and hassle free with relevance to certain products purchased from the Website.

4.2. The Products purchased from the Website by the Customer, can be returned or exchanged in accordance with the terms of this policy:

a. The refund may be made in the form of a credit note for cash on delivery orders. Whereas, the amount will be returned to the payment source if the payment is made by debit or credit card or any accepted payment method from which the Customer had made the payment.

b. No exchange or return shall be accepted if the products are:

  • Damaged
  • Not in the actual state in which it was purchased
  • Washed or dry-cleaned
  • Worn or used
  • Custom made or made as per the customers preference
  • Purchased from any sale of promotion
  • Specifically marked non-returnable or non-refundable
  • Without the original invoice, packaging, tags, labels etc.

c. The return or exchange request shall be made within 14 days of the purchase

d. Any purchase made online cannot be returned in the store

4.3. Request for exchange can be placed through the Website or by sending an e-mail to customerservice@janaviindia.com

4.4. Janavi shall have at its sole discretion and reserved rights, to accept or reject any return or exchange requests after due inspection of the products by its team and shall notify the customer accordingly.

4.5. The Refund shall be generated as mentioned in Clause 4.2. of this policy and for exchange we shall redirect you to the relevant page to make the selections where you can place a new order
